تعمل إيجكس في تصنيع محطات الخرسانة و توريد الخرسانة الجاهزة في مختلف دول العالم ( مصر ، السعودية ، اوغندا … ) وقامت خلال عام 2016-2017 فقط بتصنيع اكثر من 30 محطة خرسانة بانواع واحجام مختلفة و في اوقات قياسية وبجوده عالية و نالت تقدير جميع عملائنا .
ومنذ بدايتها كانت رائدة في مجال الحلول الصناعية والتحكم الالي واصبحت ايجكس متخصصه في مجال صناعة محطات الخرسانة بإستخدام أحدث التقنيات و الميكسرات الإيطالية .
والان ايجكس هي الوكيل الحصري لعدة وكالات عالمية اهمها ( دلتا للالكترونيات , اندو سوفت , ميكا لمحطات الخرسانة – بروماكس لمحطات الخرسانة – سي ام للميكسرات ) وايضا موزع معتمد للعديد من الوكالات وهي ( جينيرال الكتريك – شنايدر – كونيل للمكسرات – والعديد من الوكالات الاخرى………. )
وموقعها يعتبر مرجع لكل العاملين في هذا المجال :
انواع الخرسانة:
يوجد العديد من أنواع الخرسانة والتي تختلف من حيث المكونات والاستخدامات ومن أهمها الانواع التالية:
1– الخرسانة العادية:
هي خرسانة تتكون من أسمنت و رومل و زلط و ماء وأحيانًا توضع بعض الاضافات وذلك على حسب غرض الإستخدام وتستخدم في أعمال الفرشات الخرسانية تحت الأساسات و الأرصفة وعمل الكتل الخرسانية الغير معرضة لإجهادات شد وعمل الأرضيات والسدود، ومقاومتها تتراوح بين 150 الى 250 كجم/سم على حسب الغرض المستخدمة من أجله.
2- الخرسانة المسلحة:
هي خرسانة مسلحة عادية ويشترك معها حديد تسليح لمقاومة إجهادات الشد حيث أن معظم كودات التصميم تهمل مقاومة الخرسانة للشد وبالتالي فإن الحديد يتحمل كل قوى الشد المؤثرة، أما الخرسانة فتتحمل قوى الضغط. وهذا النوع من الخرسانة هو الأكثر شيوعًا و إستخدامًا في العالم وذلك لسهولة تنفيذه و رخص تصنيعه ويمكن ان يصب في الموقع مباشرة او يصب في المصنع لعمل وحدات خرسانية جاهزة.
3– الخرسانة سابقة الإجهاد:
هي خرسانة عادية يتم إكسابها إجهادات ضغط قبل تحميلها وهذه الاجهادات تكون كفيلة بملاشاة إجهادات الشد الناتجة من تأثير الأحمال وبالتالي لا نحتاج إلى حديد تسليح حيث تكون المحصلة النهائية للإجهادات على طول القطاع الخرساني بعد التحميل هي غالبًا إجهادات ضغط وبالتالى تكون الخرسانة كفيلة بتحملها. ولذلك يجب ان تكون الخرسانة ذات مقاومة عالية للضغط تتراوح من 350 إلى 600 كجم/سم وذلك حتي يمكنها تحمل إجهادات ضغط التصنيع و إجهادات ضغط التشغيل.
4- الخرسانة الجاهزة ( سابقة الصب ):
تصب الخرسانة وتعالج حتى تمام تصلدها في المصنع بعد ذلك تنقل إلى المنشأ وممكن أن تكون خرسانة عادية أو مسلحة أو سابقة الإجهاد وتشمل البلاطات والأعمدة والحوائط والبلوكات الخرسانية. وعند تصنيع العناصر المختلفة من الخرسانة الجاهزة يجب الأخذ في الإعتبار كافة الأحمال الخارجية المؤثرة على العنصر في مراحل التصنيع و التخزين والنقل و التركيب والتنفيذ و الإستخدام.
5– الخرسانة عالية المقاومة:
هي خرسانة ذات مقاومة تزيد عن 600 كجم/سم وقد تصل أو تزيد عن 1400 كجم/سم ويمكن الحصول عليها بإستخدام المواد المحلية المتاحة المستخدمة في صناعة الخرسانة التقليدية ( 250 كجم/سم) ولكن يضاف عليها مادة أخري وهي الملدنات وذلك حتى يمكننا تقليل ماء الخلط إلى أقصى درجة مع الحصول على نفس القابلية للتشغيل وبالتالي الحصول على مقاومة عالية، وتستخدم الخرسانة عالية المقاومة في المباني عالية الإرتفاع والكباري والمنشآت البحرية ومحطات الطاقة النووية والأنابيب الخرسانية تحت الأرض والأرصفة والطرق.
عالية للعوامل الخارجية مثل مقاومة التآكل ونفاذ الماء والمقاومة للكبريتات وتمتاز أيضًا بمقاومة عالية جدًا للإنكماش ومقاومة ضغط عالية تصل إلى 1200 كجم/سم ومقاومة شد تصل إلى 100 كجم/سم
6- الخرسانة البوليمرية:
هي خرسانة خاصة يتم الحصول عليها بمعاملة الخرسانة العادية بمواد البوليمر التي تعمل كمواد لاحمة أو مالئة للفراغات بين حبيبات الركام، وتمثل المواد البوليمرية حوالي 6 إلى 15% من وزن الخرسانة.
7- الخرسانة الكتلية:
هي خرسانة ذات كتل كبيرة مثل خرسانة السدود والخزانات الأرضية و أي خرسانة يكون حجمها كبير و ذلك يتطلب أخذ الإحتياطات من تولد الحرارة الناتجة من إماهة الأسمنت وما يتبع ذلك من إنكماش وتشريخ للخرسانة.
